Your trainer will lead you through 60 minute, virtual or in-person 1-on-1 training sessions personally tailored to your goals, fitness level, preferences, and injuries. Your sessions can take place wherever is most convenient for you - your home, building gym, or outdoors, and your trainer will adapt your workout to use whatever space and equipment is available. They'll motivate and encourage you while making sure you're using the proper form on every exercise. They'll also make sure you're exercising smartly and efficiently to make the most of your precious time. 

The Terms

• All members receive a complimentary phone consultation with their trainer after booking. 
• Fyt offers a full money back guarantee after your first session if you're not satisfied for any reason. After second session, no refunds will be issued.
• No refunds issued after second session is completed.
• Members can cancel or reschedule any session up to 24 hours in advance.
• In-person and virtual training subscriptions reload only after your last session is booked. Sessions never expire and you can cancel or upgrade anytime, but no refunds will be issued on unused sessions.
• Fyt accepts all credit and debit cards and Apple Pay.
