• Only unworn products in mint condition can be the object of a refund.  Got Bag customers can initiate a refund by printing off a return label and shipping the item back to Got Bag.  To initiate a refund, send an email to hello-us@got-bag.com and let Got Bag know you want to return your product and Got Bag will send you a return label.
