- Perishable food cannot be returned.
- To be eligible for a refund on the purchase of food items, Members must notify Eat Fit Go if any product is damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable within 7 days upon receipt.
- Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the method of payment within 6-10 business days.
