• Returns: Croakies items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for refund (minus shipping and handling) in the same form as payment. An RA (Return Authorization) # is required for all returns -- obtained by emailing Croakies' Customer Service. Learn more about Croakies' Returns Policy.
• Warranty: Croakies warrants each product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Manufacturing faults do not include issues arising from general use or neglect. A warranty assessment takes into account the product’s age and damage from neglect or general use. A product determined to be defective under normal and proper use will be repaired or replaced. Croakies’ Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty does not include shipping costs to return defective product.
