For $65/session, you can access:

• Live, virtual sessions with a physical or occupational therapist where they can offer feedback, gauge your needs, and create your recovery plan.
• Ongoing contact with your Virtual Provider. Call, email, or message your provider between sessions to ask questions and get answers.  
• Sessions that are available 80 hours per week, so you can find a time that works best for you.
• A custom Home Exercise program with helpful videos. Learn safe movements that help your condition.
• A Concierge who is on hand to answer questions, set up sessions, and help you through the program.
• The ability to attend sessions on a cell phone, tablet, or computer. No app download needed.

The Terms

• Exhaust all covered insurance benefits first. To determine if you have any covered insurance benefits, call customer service at the toll-free number on the back of your member ID card.
• The ASHCare VPTOT program is a self-pay program and is not associated with member’s physical therapy or occupational therapy health benefits.
• The ASHCare Virtual Physical and Occupational Therapy (VPTOT) program is provided by American Specialty Health Digital, Inc., and/or ASHCare MSO, Inc. (in conjunction with contracted affiliate and independent provider groups), both subsidiaries of American Specialty Health Incorporated (ASH).
• The VPTOT program is not available in all states for all specialties.
• This program is subject to regulatory approval. Not all conditions are suitable for the ASHCare VPTOT program. If this applies to you, your Virtual Physical or Occupational Therapist will inform you. Other important terms and conditions apply.
